Volunteers are the people who enable Waypoint Adventure to fulfill its mission. Each volunteer is an invaluable part of this organization. No prior experience required, but trainings offered periodically. By volunteering on programs or around the office, you help challenge people with disabilities to discover their purpose, potential, and abilities through the transforming power of adventure!

Volunteers will…

Engage and encourage participants who otherwise might not have the opportunity to participate

Communicate value, worth, and a sense of belonging to participants

Assist trip leaders with group management and other tasks during adventures

Share your love of the outdoors

Want to volunteer with Waypoint as a group?

Joining a program is a great way for your company, school group, team, club, scout troop, church, temple, camp, etc to get to know each other and support the community! The thrill and fun of rock climbing, kayaking, or hiking can be even more exciting when done alongside a diverse group. We have options for you to join one program, a series of programs, or help us at the office!
